STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR CORAL BREEZE STAFF
Temperature checks will be performed on every Guide prior to the commencement of work for the day.
All staff required to wear a face mask for the duration of the trip/tour.
Staff will be required to sanitize hands prior to entering their mode of transportation.
Once outside the mode of transport, social distancing measures must be adhered to.
Logbooks will be kept documenting the sanitization of all tour equipment and transportation.
All staff will be required to report any of the following instances to Management for an appropriate course of action (i.e. isolation of the employee, reporting to the Ministry of Health, adequate contact tracing and testing):
Contact with a suspect or confirmed case of COVID 19
Suffering from a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat
Fever in the last 48 hours
Loss of smell or taste
Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours
Anyone in the immediate household exhibiting any of the abovementioned symptoms?

The new Tourism Gold Standard focuses on enhanced tour operator sanitation practices, social interactions, workplace policies, and standard operating procedures while ensuring minimal impact on the guest experience. Our new safety guidelines for guests include:
Temperature checks will be done for each guest at the respective meeting points before commencing a tour.
All guests are required to wear a face mask for the duration of the trip/tour. (Masks will be provided if one is not available)
Guests are advised to bring along a hand sanitizer for personal hygiene. Hand Sanitizers must be used prior to entering vehicles/boats. (Hand sanitizer will be provided as well)
Once outside your mode of transport, social distancing measures must be adhered to.
Open-air travel will be encouraged where possible.
Any guests exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be isolated and relevant authorities will be notified immediately.
