Outstanding Experience For My Family

An outstanding experience for my family. Let me highlight one extremely valued customer experience. My wife and I wondered whether or not we should take our three children (7,6,4) along, but figured it would be fun for all of us. Once in the water to start snorkeling, it was clear that to keep track of all three would be a chore. At that point, one of the guides (I think the captain of the boat) said that he would take our 6 year old. Would you believe he had her on his back the entire time we were in the water snorkeling!? Due to the entire crew's commitment to our having a great experience, our entire family can't stop talking about the fun we had. The shark / stingray experience was outstanding as well. Great job!
Oh yeah, and for anyone concerned about "getting back to the ship on time", the guides are very disciplined on the schedule, and we had time to shop for an hour before hopping back on the tender.
