Highlight of Our Cruise
First I would like to thank you for the fantastic time that my wife and myself had on your shark/ray alley encounter. I could not have hoped for a more professional and caring group of individuals from Heni the tour leader to Mark the captain to his assistant James to make this excursion the highlight of our cruise. From the moment we met Heni on the dock to our return the professionalism displayed by Heni and the assistance and encouragement by Mark/James to my wife as she didn't snorkel could not have been more informative, caring and above all professional in all aspects of the trip from safety, to education, to our lunch.
