I wanted to take a moment to share with you what a fantastic experience your Ziplining & Caving Tube excursion was for me and my friends. The true highlight of our trip was our guide, Ivar. He was a wealth of knowledge on local culture, history, the environment, etc. He even learned our names (group of 12!) after we each told him once. Impressive! Anyway, the trip was amazing. I had to laugh at the other groups with their uninterested guides who did little more than float along in silence. Ivar was a full-service educator who helped to truly enrich our experience. Kudos to you and your program and give Ivar our best!
