Went out of their way to help out my kids.
My family and I had a fabulous time on your tour. The staff were excellent and they went out of their way to help out my kids, who were inexperienced snorkelers. It was much appreciated and made our tour so much better. It was such a great day.
My biggest concern was making it back in time for the last tender, but I saw that your people were very aware of the times. They did a great job of keeping us on track and getting us back with enough time to do a little shopping back at the tender terminal. It couldn't have been a more perfect day.
