The cave tubing tour was fantastic! The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and history of the rain forest and caves. In fact it was our observation that he was sharing much more information than the guides (from other companies) that we passed along the way! Also, the guide was extremely safety conscious which is of course very important!
I will admit that I was concerned about not booking the tour through the cruise. NCL was indeed slow with tendering, but tour representatives were on the pier watching for us! The guide was sensitive about the time and made minor lunch adjustments to ensure we were back at the pier with an hour to spare until last tender -- even though we had a bit of a late start. You guys get it...quality experience, safety, and a good value (compared to the prices charged by the cruise companies). We'll definitely use you again!
