No problems whatsoever.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tender from the ship was a bit late, but we found your reps easily and were soon on our way. Our guide, Xavier was very friendly and knowledgable. Our family of four were the only ones on the tour so it was very personal. Xavier took really good care of us. In the caves he kept us together and moving downstream as a small group. Helped us over the shallow water "butts up" spots. We stopped for lunch on the way back to Belize City at a local spot. Xavier had us back at the dock in plenty of time for our tender back to the ship. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about booking the tour over the internet myself, but found that everything was on the "up and up." No problems whatsoever. Thank you for a really good experience.
