Worth every penny.
The cave tubing adventure in Belize was the best part of our 2008 cruise on the Carnival Legend. Our guide met us promptly at the pickup spot and took our group of 10 on an hour trip to the jungle for the cave tubing adventure. Once there, we picked up our tube and walked upstream through a magnificent jungle and rainforest. Of course, we had a slight rain to go along with the experience. Our guide (Xavier) provided much information of the caves and the rainforest. We entered the water and began our trip on the river in our inner tubes. We floated downstream through two long caves, and two nice open stretches of the jungle as the sun was coming out. The passengers who took the cruise sponsored trip only went through one cave!!! The trip was a blast and worth every penny. Thanks to a very caring guide we had a great day. A quick lunch stop finished off the day before heading back to the ship.
