Better service than those that chose larger tour companies.
Our tour was better than expected. Mr. Big and Tony took good care of my family and me. We got very close to the manatees and had a wonderful time snorkelling on the reef in the middle of the ocean. The guides were very knowledgeable of the area and were always concerned for our safety and making sure we had a good time. I feel we had better service than those that chose larger tour companies after comparing notes with other passengers on the cruise ship.
