Laid back, but on time. Good combination!
We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling tour! Communication was very good so we knew exactly where to meet, etc. Heni and Mark were warm and helpful and Heni helped us to see the highlights in the water, so we saw more than we would have had we just gone off on our own. On a previous trip I'd come to love the people of Belize for their friendliness and their willingness to go out of their way to show us the wonders of their beautiful country. We were back to the dock in plenty of time - we were cruise ship passengers this time and had a boat to catch - but we got the sense that if we had had more time, Heni and Mark would have loved to show us around for longer. So, laid back, but on time. Good combination!
