Wonderful excursion for the money.
As promised, your associates were awaiting our arrival on the pier in Belize. They had all the correct information even though our itinerary had been changed.
Within a few minutes we were on our way with our very friendly and informative guide Carlos "Speedy" Gonzales. He gave us a running commentary during the ride to the caves on life in Belize, history, geography and answered any
and all of our questions.
We were outfitted with gear, made our trek thru the "jungle" and arrived at the river. We made our "graceful" entrance into our tubes, and were off on our adventure. It was great!
Speedy was with us watching out for us every step of the way. It was over too soon! Lunch was as wonderful as promised. Lots to eat and a fantastic dessert! We laughed most of the way back to the ship and arrived in good time to stop on the pier for a drink before getting on the tender line.
