Awesome Time.
My sons (twins age 12) and myself had an awesome time with our guide Ivar Marchand on your cave tubing adventure!! I enjoyed the walk as much
as the tubing. Ivar was wonderful and showed us so many incredible things from bats, (very little and not scary-they were sleeping) to the army ants and leaf carriers, and tons of neat stories regarding all the vegetation. There were only 5 in our group - so we really had quite a private tour. We bumped into another tour from a cruise ship and it had over 40 people with one guide. They saw only one cave, compared to our 2 caves while tubing. They paid double of what we paid, and they exited the river before us (thankfully - they were noisy) while we peacefully drifted down the prettiest part and the kids jumped off "Nate's Rock".
THEN - we had the most amazing delicious meal with the locals and Ivar. DO NOT book with your cruise ship - you will pay more and get much less!! This trip was the highlight of our cruise and better than Stingray City!!
